Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel Staycation Package

It was my first time to come to Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. I stayed in a sea-view balcony room to celebrate an anniversary. I paid extra to arrange the decoration. The hotel gave us a small gift. Thank you Klook. Thank you Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel for bringing us wonderful memories!

I went to the Disney Hotel this time to celebrate a birthday with a friend. The hotel room is very beautiful, and the lobby is even more magnificent. The hotel staff prepared small gifts for friends. I hope I can celebrate my next birthday at a Disney hotel!

Compare to last visit, Disneyland has added lots more of fun games and activities. I have completed most of the games and shows. The hotel is super nice, and the package is nonetheless one of the best staycation I ever had

We arrived at about 2:30 that day, and there were already a lot of people queuing for check-in, most of them were families with children. There is a beautiful big tree, next to a tennis court, it feels like a vacation, like going to a foreign country. The toilets are also big, there is a large bathtub and a shower, and the hot water is hot enough to be comfortable. Little surprise, when I went out for a while and then came back after finishing the room, I found that there was a small gift in the room, it was a cake made from a towel. I had already mentioned that it was my birthday when I booked the room. Book now 5:00pm to swim in the water It needs to be pre-booked on the same day, so if you want to swim, remember to make an appointment after checking in, because the flow of people is limited! For dinner, I went to the restaurant 咗 Qiancai, and it was unexpectedly delicious. I ordered a steak with scallops Spanish pepperoni 😋.

Awesome service and you can always ask the front desk anything. They are there to serve and giving a lot of important informations. People always have problems reserving a restaurant at Disneyland Hotel. You are enjoy your room service meal at the Kingdom Club, Incase I hate to eat in your bedroom. Really good options! Staff r top notch services and highly recommend !

The Disney Hotel has a beautiful environment, and the guest room check-in service in the State Guest Room is very fast, and there is a lounge that provides simple desserts, fruits and drinks, 1700-2000 and hot meat for red and white wine and beer, and a Chinese and Western breakfast in the morning. The most special one is the pajamas, Mickey, take photos with Mickey, free hand-made gadgets, and story time in the evening. There is a labyrinth that kids love and there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Basically, you can stay in the hotel with children. K look is also good for giving an anniversary gift, the most practical folding travel bag. Also, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Disney theme hotel to Disneyland. It is also very comfortable along the way. Because this is November, you need to bring an umbrella for sun protection in summer.

I booked this for my friend’s birthday ! It was an awesome experience as we love Disney! The hotel was the perfect place to celebrate this special day , it made us travel to a different “country “ and treasure great memories. We would love more of this kind of places offer in Klook

It is expected that many guests will check in at the same time. The hotel has arranged it well. There is no need to wait in long queues. You can register your phone first. If you receive a short message, you can go to the counter for five minutes and then check in formally, at least not always In the enterprise, children can participate in the shop activities while they are waiting. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and both adults and children live comfortably. The food and service level of Jinghexuan is good. I and my family of 12 people sit on three tables. The food delivered has been divided into three portions, which is very good. On the whole, all the "entertainers" are very polite, and the housekeeping colleagues will greet you and say goodbye 😊

The hotel front desk to the catering services are good. The room was upgraded to a sea-view room. I wonder if it was because of my birthday. The room is so beautiful, the window on the left side of the bed has a sea view, and the maze garden can be seen from the front, and there is a surprise birthday, a towel birthday cake is given. When checking in, the receptionist will tell you happy birthday and give you a birthday badge. When you take the badge to the side restaurant, they will arrange a beautiful location, and many employees will tell me happy birthday. But there was a small episode. I went to Jinghexuan for lunch. I waited for 50 minutes after ordering, but I didn’t eat any food. I was too late for isolation and I was seated. I have already talked to the waiter but no snacks. A manager went through and helped me go to the kitchen to chase the order after learning about the incident, and came back with a dish of barbecued pork (worth $288) and said that I’m sorry to have to wait for the customer. This is a gift. We are really unexpected and pleasantly surprised. When I was paying the bill and leaving, a waitress chased me. I thought something was wrong. She told me a happy birthday and gave me two big chocolate coins. It’s a memorable birthday at the Disney Hotel. Remember to book the afternoon tea at Walts restaurant. I can’t walk in to marry. I saw two or three people were invited away. Also, if you want to eat Disney's specialty dim sum at Jinghe Xuan, because it is a piglet-like barbecued pork bun, you must call in advance to order. I have eaten without a reservation. There are many free activities in the hotel. I made an appointment early in the morning to play badminton. It is a pity that the gym is not yet open.

Excellent value and we were able to stay before Disneyland was ordered to close again. It was a Friday and we left our luggage at the front and went straight have lunch at Crystal Lotus with some fun and delicious dim sums. We then went to Disneyland, using the shuttle bus service which was a breeze and returned after dinner for a fuss free check-in. It was mostly peaceful at the hotel and service (including check-in and check-out) was excellent despite the weekend staycation crowds. The Xmas tree was already set up by mid November and Disney characters meet & greet (Mickey) at the hotel lobby is now ‘from a distance’ due to safety. Room was spacious and surprisingly new and clean even after 15 years. It was a very enjoyable stay.
