- If you booked your timeslot at 10:30, you can enter the venue anytime between 10:30-11:00
- If you arrive late (30 minutes after your timeslot), the admissions team will try their best to allocate you in the next available timeslot. However, there is no guarantee as the timeslots for the day may already be fully booked

audio tour was comprehensive and interesting into the history of Queen Victoria and others. place has been maintained well and the cafe drink is affordable and interesting with its’ pumpkin spiced latte.

Booking through Klook was seamless and using the QR code for entry. Upon arrival, I noticed that parts of the palace’s exterior were under renovation, which slightly impacted the overall aesthetic. Btw if you book a 10:00 AM slot, entry typically begins at 10:30 AM. Similarly, a 10:30 AM slot may start around 11:00 AM. To ensure timely entry, it’s advisable to queue by 10:30 AM.
Inside, the palace offers a fascinating glimpse into royal history, with highlights like Queen Victoria’s childhood rooms and the elegant King’s State Apartments. After exploring the interiors, If have time, can explore the beautifully maintained gardens too.

After passing through security, you can enter smoothly by simply showing your QR code. Free audio guides are available for loan, and you can easily spend 1.5-2 hours inside. If your feet get tired while listening to the guide, you can sit down for a rest. Some of the exhibition halls are quite small, so be careful not to bump into other people with your bag. The garden outside is also very beautiful, although the lake with all the geese and ducks is a little smelly.

Love this visit! The walk through Hyde Park was lovely in the fresh morning air and Kensington Palace and its stories are fascinating. Had Christmas lunch at the Orangery and it was fabulous. A really good experience not to be missed!

(Photography is strictly prohibited in the Jewel House at the Tower of London, but there are no such restrictions at Kensington Palace.)
