Booking Requirements
- Before making a reservation, please make sure the International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by your home country is eligible for car rental service in Taiwan
- The driver or lessee must be at least aged 20+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
- Taiwanese citizens: Taiwanese ID, driver’s license, and credit card (valid at least 6 months)
- Non-Taiwanese travelers: Passport, English IDP (International Driving Permit), valid local driver’s license issued by the country
- For visitors from Hong Kong and Macao: Passport and Valid local driver’s license
- For Japanese driver: If you have a Japanese driver's license, you can drive a car in Taiwan by carrying the original Chinese version of the license and the Chinese translation of the license
- **Please note: In compliance with the regulation policy of Taiwan, drivers who hold an International Driving Permit issued in Korea, Thailand and China will be unable to rent a car service in Taiwan

- Please fill the gas tank upon returning the vehicle
- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
- Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- Please check the train number on Taiwan High Speed Rail and enter your train number for departure at the checkout page
- Seniors aged over 65 with Taiwanese ID can apply for elder ticket on site
- Children, whose heights are 115cm or above but less than 12 years of age, may purchase Child Tickets; provided that those whose heights are 150 cm or above shall present their IDs
- The pick up date for car rental must be the same as travel date

- The rent doesn't include fuels, please proceed to the gas station and fill up the vehicle's tank. Please refuel the car to the same fuel level upon picking up when you return. Or the operator will charge for fuel plus an additional fee TWD 300
