- Park parking fee: NTD 50/day for cars, free for motorcycles (limited parking spaces available depending on on-site conditions) (Effective from 2023.04.01)
- Parking lot operating hours: April-October 9:00~18:00, November-March 9:00~17:30
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
- To maintain environmental cleanliness and safety, pets are not allowed on the ground in the park, except for assistance dogs such as guide dogs and disability assistance dogs.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult when using park facilities.
- Please do not bring alcoholic beverages, gas stoves, barbecue equipment, or other dangerous items into the park.
- The matcha experience will start on time, so please arrive at the venue before the start time. Latecomers will not be admitted and will be deemed to have forfeited the trip, with no refund given.
- Guests who book the yukata experience are required to return the yukata before the end of the rental time.
- In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure (such as typhoons, power outages, etc.) that may lead to park closure, please pay attention to the ticket office and the official website.
- The Taisho Roman project provides clothing based on what is available on-site. Tickets will not be refunded due to clothing size issues.
