Very smooth voucher claim as klook booking is under their service note. Very charming and knowledgeable tour guide. Highly recommended for booking with klook in advance because they limit number of tickets sold per day for conservation.

Great experience at the Blue Mansion with our guide, Mr Yap. He explained everything in detail and he is friendly too in answering any questions. Do visit there once if u haven't gone before. Recommended.

Highly recommend this tour as it educated us more of the history, restoration stories and life of the owners, wives and what lead to the sale of it. Do come and listen to the history being told it is really fun too.

Great tour, guide is very informative, but less things to see than Pinang Peranakan Mansion. Only 1 small room during the tour has AC so bring a fan. Note that they will not let you on the premises until it's near the time of the tour.

Couldn’t ask for a better tour guide (Ms Loh-Lim) that thoroughly brought us through the Cheong Fatt Tze Blue Mansion and shared with us the conservation journey this building went through. Highly recommended to go on Friday mornings (that’s when Loh-Lim does her guided tours). Tour is done in English, semi-large group of around 30 pax. Tip to follow along closely to catch the nuggets of wisdom from the guide.

Booking our tickets on Klook allowed us to skip the queue at the gate and spend some time taking photos in the backyard of the Mansion before the tour started. The tour was very informative and our facilitator (Yap) was very engaging and knowledgeable. He shared many tidbits about the house that covered Cheong Fatt Tze’s personal life and beliefs, rituals and practices of Chinese in that area, as well as aspects of the house’s structure that was very unique. The tour took slightly over an hour which was a good duration.

If you have 2 hours to spend in Penang, then visiting this place is worth it. The place has such a rich history and you will appreciate the historical value of this mansion. It's a walking distance from the center of Penang. Recommended!
