Additional Information:

  • Please choose the date you intend to pick up the device or leave Taiwan (for home delivery)
  • Day charges are calculated from the day you have the device to the day you return the device. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days
  • No deposit needed
  • For home delivery, the device will be mailed to your home one day before your departure date, this extra day won't be charged

Fair Usage Policy:

  • If a large amount of data is used in a short period of time without prior notice, users will experience data speed limitation at the discretion of their service provider
  • Please refrain from streaming videos for long periods of time or partaking in other activities which may incur large amounts of data is a short period of time
  • Telecom Square is not responsible or liable for data limit due to the mentioned policy, and users will be charged with the appropriate fees during the rental period

Compensation Charges:

  • Overdue charges will apply for each day the device is not returned: TWD 600/day
  • Loss, damage or breakage of WiFi device: TWD 8,000
  • Loss, damage of power bank: TWD 2,000
  • Loss or breakage of cord set and plug: TWD 500
  • Loss or breakage of cover and box: TWD 300
