The flow was jacuzzi → mud hot spring bath → (shower while wearing bathing suit) → cave waterfall shower → steam sauna → stone massage → shower and changing (I skipped the shower). The mud hot spring bath is washed and changed for each group. The mud has no odor and makes the skin smooth. Even if you don't speak the language, gestures are fine. They watch your movements and guide you to the next step when you start moving. It was very fun and comfortable.
