Phu Quoc Soc Nau Mud Bath, Spa & Massage Experience

They provide towels and bathing suits (tank top and shorts for women, shorts for men). You can go empty-handed. The flow was jacuzzi → mud hot spring bath → (shower while wearing bathing suit) → cave waterfall shower → steam sauna → stone massage → shower and changing (I skipped the shower). The mud hot spring bath is washed and changed for each group. The mud has no odor and makes the skin smooth. Even if you don't speak the language, gestures are fine. They watch your movements and guide you to the next step when you start moving. It was very fun and comfortable.

The mud bath here was amazing! Swimsuits and towels are available for rental. They prepared fresh orange juice for us when we got in the bath, and since there weren't many people there, we were able to relax for a long time. It was really smooth and comfortable.
