Luxury Desert Safari Experience by Platinum Heritage

Why I’m definitely booking again with Platinum Heritage in my future trips as a solo joiner. (Luxury desert safari -heritage desert safari) 1. You get what you pay for.👌 3. They have class and professionalism. I would give them a 10/10 in terms of the staff’s demeanor,(Everyone is a gentleman. From our guide “RAJ”, the chefs who prepared the food, the photographers , the welcoming team, the cameleers… “EVERYONE.”)the quality of the accommodation,the food and drinks, the type of vehicle used for hotel pick up and drop was clean and well maintained, it was also very easy to communicate with their admin regarding bookings, confirmation and other concerns. 4. No dune bashing that makes me throw up. 5. Their camels don’t look or feel like they’re abused or overworked. 6. The food is delicious. The meat was tender and tasty. 7. They serve Camel milk, Karak tea, Vimto , Cinnamon tea , some other juices and coffee. Such a unique variety right? 8. You get a cute head scarf(Sheila-for ladies)(Ghutra- for men) and a tumbler that kept my water ice cold for hours even when I got back to my hotel. 9. Their Henna Tattoo didn’t give me an allergic reaction. 10. They take really great photos because they have professional photographers. You can hand them your phone or you can ask them to take your photos using their camera. This is so helpful for solo joiners like me. oh! and the Dubai Desert has the most beautiful sunset!🥰 11. They also have a drone that can take your video while at the desert and will become an insert to their premade video. 12. “RAJ” our host! Very professional, such a gentleman and really took great care of our group. He really takes effort to entertain his guests and makes you feel really welcome, safe and at home. He’s like a big brother. He volunteers to take your photos too, he’s the one who took the photos of me at the sand dunes. Thanks Raj! I had such a blast! What an adventure! I now have another special memory that I can take with me as I continue on with my journey. Much appreciated! Land rover was fun and stable to ride in, sand dunes were really pretty, falcon show was interesting, lots of fun at the dinner area - free camel ride, star gazing, and food was great!

Best desert experience with Platinum Heritage. Jay is our guide of the day and his hospitality is superb! He introduced place of interest on the journey to the desert and took nice pictures of us. Definitely will come back again in winter.

It is a tour for kids, comfortable, not adventurous, focusing on ecotourism. Contact on time, pick up at the hotel at the appointed time, comfortable car, join the trip with 3 other people, just right. The staff are polite and have standards. Give away hair coverings and good quality water bottles. The food is delicious, suitable for the price paid.

This is the most worthwhile itinerary in Dubai, and you must participate in the Platinum Heritage activities. A thermos bottle will be given during the trip, and there will be a dedicated pick-up driver and guide for each itinerary throughout the trip, who are very enthusiastic. All itineraries have a photography team and drones to help take photos, and all photos and videos will be edited and organized during dinner for you to watch and purchase. For dinner, different chefs will prepare a feast for you and provide introductions. You can feel that you are participating in a trip created for you by a strong team

This is by far the best desert safari program. The kind guide provided detailed explanations and guidance, picked us up from our hotel in Sharjah (outside of Dubai), and offered camel riding, a desert tour, and breakfast at a top-notch luxury hotel, which all deeply moved us. Highly recommended.

The tour is very good. Learnt how to tie the scarf, had a very good quality water bottle. The idea of eco friendly tour rings a bell with me. The falcon interaction is fantastic. The programme of drums and dance are wonder and the finale this time was star gazing and that was what i really wanted and my dream comes true!

Great safari for all, very comfortable for ride out of the city, I loved driving around the conservation reserve in the Land Rovers. Great way to see the wildlife, suitable for all ages. Staff very friendly. Special considerations with children for food etc. Assistance with photos. Lots of food. The night goes quickly. The only small improvement is the camel ride was very short and after sunset this should be earlier and during daylight. Thank you to Jovan and the team.

The experience at desert safari was stupendous!! Right from the pick up to drop off everything was so well planned and smooth. Our guides, Beh Ul and Nabeel were chivalrous, very polite, entertaining and full of energy. The dinner, the ambience, the courtesy of the staff and hosting made an evening worth remembering for. My favorite part is riding a camel in the desert. The staff leading the camels will keep taking pictures for you, so I gave him a tip in the end. I recommend participating, you can take a lot of beautiful photos!
