I booked a dune buggy experience expecting a fun and hassle-free adventure, but unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. First, the booking process was misleading. The advertised price seemed reasonable, but upon arrival, I was hit with hidden charges that were never mentioned beforehand. They demanded extra fees for things that should have been included, like accessories and safety equipment, which felt like a blatant money grab. Worse still, the staff/operator attempted to upsell unnecessary add-ons aggressively, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. At one point, it felt like they were trying to scam me into paying for "another buggy" which I already paid for. The actual dune buggy ride was fine, but by the time we got started, my excitement was already dampened by their shady practices. I couldn’t enjoy the experience knowing I had been deceived. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Transparency and honesty are critical in the tourism industry, and they failed miserably on both counts. Look elsewhere if you want an enjoyable, stress-free experience.

Total i need to spend AED 3900 for pick up - 30 minute ride - return . i am advice everybody to check around the dune buggy price at other website before joining this package. this is totally a scam! To sign up for this group, a total of 3,900 dirhams were given to ride for 30 minutes. The period only includes hotel pick-up and drop-off. Departure at 9 o'clock, 945 arrives in the desert, departure at 1010am, 1040 after playing for 30 minutes, return to the hotel at 1130am. This is 3900 dirhams. A direct shot is faster.
