Inspired by the rich flavours of autumn, this elegant afternoon tea features a delightful selection of handcrafted sweet and savoury treats, showcasing seasonal ingredients such as figs, pear, hazelnut, pumpkin and passion fruit.
Indulge in exquisite sweets including Passion Fruit, Hazelnut and Vanilla Mousse, Pear with Milk Chocolate Tonka and Walnut Sponge, and Verbena Mascarpone Mousse with Figs Confit. Complementing the sweet creations are a selection of savoury delicacies, including Roasted Duck Wrap with Cucumber and Hoisin Sauce, Pumpkin with Truffle Ricotta Tartine, and Smoked Salmon Éclair with Lemon.

The Lobby Lounge at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong warmly welcomes the festive spirit of Halloween with its enchanting Halloween Afternoon Tea, a magical celebration of autumn’s bounty and seasonal delights. Indulge in a captivating array of sweet treats, including the vibrant Passion Fruit Hazelnut Vanilla cake, luscious Black Sesame Sweet Potato Choux, and delicate Dulcey Chocolate Mousse with Pumpkin Cremeux—each crafted to delight the senses. Complementing these are a selection of savoury treasures bursting with seasonal flair: luxurious Lobster and Pumpkin with Caviar, striking Smoked Salmon and Beetroot Eclair, and a classic Ham and Cheese Sandwich. This charming spread captures the joyful and mysterious essence of the season, perfect for a festive afternoon gathering.

The food is exquisite, and the scones are delicious! The service is excellent; the waiters frequently come by to refill water. There's live music, which creates a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for a high tea chat.
Restaurant ambiance: More refined than Kowloon Shangri-La, yet still comfortable. Food taste: The desserts offer a perfect balance of sweet and savory; I personally prefer them. Service: The service was very attentive. Although there was a time limit, the staff allowed us to stay longer, perhaps because they were concerned the second seating wouldn't be full. Price: I've been having afternoon tea at Shangri-La for four consecutive years now.
Every angle looks like you're in a forest. However, it's difficult to take pictures in the afternoon due to the backlight. Backlight adjustment is needed, but the staff will proactively help you take beautiful photos.
Restaurant Environment: We were seated near the window, and there were private booths available, offering a good degree of privacy. The ambiance is suitable for couples or friends to chat. There was live band music, making for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Food Quality: The food and service were both good.
