First time riding it, great view and fun experience. Thank you.
With Klook ticket, there was a special line which was shorter than the other lines. Still, suggest reserve more time for queuing. As we arrived in late afternoon, when I think was the peak times, the queue was long & the tram was really packed.

fuss free. easy redemption. cheaper than queuing to purchase ticket on site. continue to go up to the top and the view is superb. more attractions to see up in the penang hill
Highly recommended to purchase electronic ticket in advance to avoid the long queue in ticketing counter under the hot weather. However, normal ticket lane still have to wait for more than 30 minutes for the tram. Would have just buy the express ticket to skip the queue.
