Blossom Honey Afternoon Tea Set

From January 5 to March 31, 2026, WOOBAR transforms into a haven of sweet sophistication with its Blossom Honey Afternoon Tea. This experience is a heartfelt celebration of Hong Kong's terroir, centered around the rare and complex Ivy Tree Raw Honey, harvested from native trees that bloom in the cooler months.

The savoury selection begins with delicate Honey Glazed Eel, stuffed with cucumber egg salad in a feuilleté box and garnished with edible petals. This is followed by the rich Honey Mustard Gammon Ham with Avocado Hummus on toasted Gouda sandwiches. The journey continues with Cinnamon Roasted Walnut Sandwich Rolls, filled with diced carrot and orange infused cream cheese.

The dessert selection highlights the honey’s remarkable versatility. The Lychee Tree White Chocolate & Almond Entremets is a delicate bright yellow creation with a white chocolate base and leaf decoration that offers a gentle sweetness. In contrast, the Longan Blossom, Yuzu & Thyme Tarte Frangipane provides a vibrant citrus zest. A true standout is the Raw Eucalyptus, featuring two layers of Cointreau-infused baba under a smooth white dome. It is topped with a bee shaped chocolate and honeycomb decoration. The experience culminates with our signature HK Native Ivy Jasmine Honey Scone, served with homemade clementine marmalade and British clotted cream.
