- Guests booking the 【Round Trip + 2-days Lift Tickets Plan】: Please ensure you book your own accommodation separately. / Please make your own way to the ski resort on Day 2.
- Lift exchange tickets and other coupons will be distributed at the meeting point.
- Lift tickets are valid starting from the day of arrival at the destination and cannot be used on different dates.
- On the departure day, changes to boarding/alighting locations for both the outbound and return trips are not permitted.
- If you will not be boarding the return bus, you must tell us in advance.
- Please be aware that arrival times at the destination and return arrival times in Nagoya may be significantly delayed due to road conditions, etc. ※Chains may be required for driving due to heavy snow, etc. ※We cannot accommodate requests for reimbursement if delays necessitate using taxis, hotels, etc.
- If you are not present at the departure time, the bus will depart on schedule to avoid inconveniencing other passengers. Please understand this in advance.
- In cases where disruptive behavior, abusive language, intoxication, or other actions are deemed dangerous or disruptive to other passengers, we may refuse boarding or require you to disembark at a service area en route. In such cases, this will be treated as abandonment of the tour, and no refund of the tour fee will be provided.

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation 72 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
