• [Notice Regarding Non-Accompanied Climbing] Due to varying physical fitness levels among tourists, the tour guide will explain the Mount Huashan climbing route and precautions along the way. After handling all ticketing for the tourists, the guide will escort them to the ticket office at the entrance of the Mount Huashan Scenic Area. Tourists will proceed on their own to take the ropeway. The tour guide will not provide commentary on the mountain and will not accompany tourists on the climb; your understanding is appreciated. In the afternoon, the tour guide will wait at the foot of Mount Huashan to gather the tourists for a unified return trip.
• [Early Pickup Notice] Full pickup service within the 2nd Ring Road, and designated hotel pickup within the 3rd Ring Road. If your hotel is located in a narrow alley, you will need to walk to a nearby location where parking is available. Seats on this route are not assigned and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accommodate special requests for front-row seats. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Return Reminder] After descending the mountain, tourists will descend and gather at the meeting point on their own within the agreed time to return (in order to reduce the excessively long mutual waiting time caused by tourists having different descent times, the return trip operates as a shared car with continuous departures; departure time is between 16:30 and 18:00, departing once full).
• [Queuing Notice] Queueing Notice: During holidays such as May Day, National Day, and the Spring Festival, to avoid traffic jams and scenic spot queues, gathering times may be advanced by 1-2 hours. The specific time will be subject to the notice given one day in advance. Normal sightseeing takes about 5 hours. During the peak season, there may be crowds and longer waiting times for the ropeway, so please wait patiently.
• [Lunch Tip] Upon arrival at the scenic area, to ensure your sightseeing time on the mountain, we will not reserve extra time for lunch. It is recommended to bring your own lunch.
• [Patients, Pregnant Women, and Persons with Reduced Mobility] To ensure a smooth journey, passengers are requested to undergo a physical examination before departure. Individuals suffering from severe illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory diseases, mental disorders, severe anemia, or those in the recovery period of major or moderate surgeries), as well as pregnant women and persons with reduced mobility, cannot be accommodated due to limitations in our service capacity.
• [Elderly Tourists] Travelers aged 70 (inclusive) and above must sign a Health Certificate with our company and be accompanied by a family member or friend (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or whose reception is restricted due to service limitations) in order to travel. Due to service limitations, we are unable to accept travel registrations from tourists aged 80 and above; your understanding is appreciated. As the itinerary intensity varies by route, please ensure you are in good health and fit for travel. For specific age restrictions, please consult customer service.
• [Minors] Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by family members when joining the tour (except for those who cannot be accommodated or have restricted reception due to limited service capabilities). Due to limited service capabilities, we are unable to accommodate travelers under the age of 18 traveling alone. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Refund Instructions] Due to the special circumstances of Mount Huashan Scenic Area, in the event that the scenic area stops selling tickets due to natural weather conditions such as storms, unused ticket and ropeway fees will be refunded to visitors. However, vehicle and guide fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!
• [Scenic Area Voucher] Admission to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents provided at the time of booking. If entry is denied due to failure to bring the documents or incorrect document information, any resulting additional expenses shall be borne by yourself. If you hold discounted ID cards, please inform us in advance when booking. The refund amount is the difference between the group ticket price purchased by the travel agency and the actual discounted ticket price incurred, which will be refunded on-site by the tour guide, rather than the published rack rate! If you do not notify us in advance, our agency will uniformly purchase adult tickets, and no discounts can be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
• [Shopping Reminder] Shopping at scenic spots and stores along the way is a personal voluntary behavior. Please choose carefully and properly keep your invoices and certificates; such shopping has nothing to do with the travel agency.
• [Other Reminders] During the trip, participants must not leave the tour group without authorization; otherwise, all losses and consequences resulting therefrom shall be borne by the tourists themselves. In the event of force majeure causing itinerary delays or incurring other expenses, tourists are requested to understand and bear such costs themselves. Once participants join this tour, no fees will be refunded under any circumstances if they leave the tour or withdraw midway for any reason.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children with a height of 121cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Child price standard: height 0-1.2 meters (inclusive), only includes bus seat fee and guide service fee, other expenses are at your own expense. If the child exceeds 1.2 meters, please book at the adult price.
• Participants must be aged under 80 to take part in this activity
• Chinese-speaking tour: approx. 35 people; English-speaking tour: approx. 20 people
