• [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a carpooling trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. We cannot wait or provide refunds for late arrivals. Any resulting responsibilities and expenses must be borne by yourself, thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle and Companion Language Notes] We will arrange the vehicle model based on the number of people on the day, and specific vehicle types cannot be designated. Please note that you may share the vehicle with guests speaking other languages during the trip.
• [Confirmation of Meeting Point] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Seasonal Activity Notice] Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special flowering periods, snow scenery, lantern festivals, and celebrations are easily affected by weather or other force majeure. If no official cancellation notice is received, the itinerary will depart as scheduled. If the bloom period or landscape does not meet expectations, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Departure time may be adjusted] During peak tourist seasons or in the event of special circumstances, the itinerary departure time may be advanced or delayed. The specific time will be subject to the email notification sent on the previous day. Please make preparations in advance.
• [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Carpool itineraries generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis for seating. If you have special requirements, please leave a note when booking, and we will do our best to coordinate; however, the final arrangement is subject to the guide's on-site dispatch.
• [Itinerary Adjustment Notice] Due to strict regulations on operating vehicle usage times in Japan, the attractions, transportation, and stay durations included in the itinerary will be arranged flexibly based on the conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances such as traffic jams or weather changes, the tour guide will reasonably adjust the order or omit some attractions (and time), and your cooperation is appreciated.
• [Mid-tour departure notice] The itinerary is a group tour activity; you may not leave the tour midway or break away from the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and fees will not be refunded. Any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the tour shall be borne by the individual.
• [End time is for reference only] The return time slot is the estimated arrival time. Due to the long driving time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather conditions. We recommend that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. If losses occur due to delays, our company will not assume liability for compensation.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
