Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• Please select the package that corresponds to your hotel's area at checkout. Please note that the pickup fee for Krabi Town and Khlong Muang is already included in the package price
• Pickup in Krabi Town or Khlong Muang is available between 7:50 AM and 8:10 AM with a shared transfer
• Pickup in Ao Nang between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM with a shared transfer
• Pick up at Railay is not available
