• The vehicle model used will be dispatched according to the number of registrants on the day. If the number of participants is less than 20, a small vehicle will be dispatched for an exquisite tour without an additional tour leader. The driver will serve as the tour leader throughout the entire service, providing Chinese commentary only, but not language services for attraction introductions.
• Due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowd impacts on the day, the arrival times for each itinerary may change. Please understand if there are delays or cancellations due to the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, and no refunds can be requested on this basis.
• The transportation and tourist attractions in this itinerary will adhere as closely as possible to the original plan. However, in the event of special circumstances, such as traffic congestion, inclement weather, crowds of tourists, or other irresistible factors, and for the consideration of the travelers' safety and the smooth progression of the itinerary, our company reserves the right to alter the itinerary.
• The flower viewing or autumn foliage viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the tour is formed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the blooming/foliage conditions. Please be aware of this.
• Bus seating is subject to on-site arrangement and cannot be specified. We appreciate your understanding.
• The tour guide will not proactively contact you the day before departure. Please check your email the day before departure to confirm the tour guide's information.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation 48 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
