This was an amazing experience in Busan! The treatment was very detailed and relaxing, each step was thorough. The massage was deep and exactly where I needed relief. Absolute perfection! We arrived 10 minutes late due to some trouble, but the staff was so kind and welcoming without making us feel bad at all. The quality to price ratio is incredible. What stood out the most was how caring they are, they constantly checked on our comfort, adjusting the massage pressure and water temperature throughout. Plus, they have Dyson hair wraps available at the vanity area! Such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

I’m visiting from HK for 5 days and staying at Park Hyatt Busan. I originally wanted to walk into this salon for a facial and massage, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Then I quickly found a package on Klook, and it was confirmed right away. The staff were very friendly, and fluent in English. The environment was very comfortable. Although it isn’t a large-scale beauty salon, it felt warm and cozy, with everything you would expect, even the makeup room was lovely. The beautician’s technique was excellent, accurately identified which parts of my body were tense, & after the massage, I felt much more relaxed. Facial technique was also wonderful & very attentive. My skin had a noticeable glow that lasted at least two days, & my makeup applied much more smoothly. It turns out the Klook package also included a complimentary full-size product! Thank you to the staff for the extra Korean snacks at the end, and thank you for giving me such a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
