• If the minimum number of participants (15) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled
• If the tram cannot operate due to severe weather, the tour will be canceled and the full tour fee will be refunded.
• This is a mid-winter tour. Please dress warmly and bring suitable winter gear, such as snow boots, a winter jacket, scarf, and gloves.
• The tour is free for children aged 0–2. Lunch and activities are not included, and no separate seats are provided on the bus or trolley train. Children must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap.
• Children aged 3–5 cannot participate in the craft workshop at Nousaku. However, a seat on the bus and trolley train and a boxed lunch will be provided.
• The tour mainly uses a bus, and arrival times may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Due to traffic or other circumstances, the time spent at each destination may be shortened, and the overall schedule may be delayed.
• No refunds will be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time.
• In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be provided.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
• Please take responsibility for your personal belongings and valuables during the tour.
