- Preschoolers (Under Elementary): Free of charge if they do not require a seat. If a seat is needed, please make a paid reservation for them.
- Wheelchair Users: An assistant must accompany you. Please be aware that there are no wheelchair-accessible ramps or elevators on this tour.
- Transfer Area: Pickup/drop-off is only available within Fukue Town (within 20 minutes from Fukue Port).
- Solo Travelers: 1-person bookings are accepted, but an additional single surcharge will be charged.
- The schedule may change or be canceled depending on weather.
- Expect a short uphill walk (stairs/hill with a 20m elevation change) from the parking lot to the venue.
- The mountain is higher and colder than the town, so please dress warmly! (We provide winter coats for guests in winter).
- Important: If you have dinner included at your hotel, please inform them that you are taking this tour so you don't miss your meal.
