Chazuna Museum & Matcha Making Experience from a Stone Mill

Includes a museum ticket to learn more about tea and the town of Uji!

In Uji, Kyoto’s famous tea-producing region, you can make your own matcha by grinding rare and precious matcha raw leaves with a stone mill, all while taking in the sprawling tea plantations and scenery of Uji right before your eyes. With guidance from an instructor, you will drink the matcha you whisked yourself. Please enjoy this ultimate matcha experience featuring the three key steps: “grinding,” “whisking,” and “drinking.” (Matcha cannot be taken home.)
