Japanese-speaking staff are available on-site, and when you book through Klook, an English-speaking staff member will be arranged in advance to assist you with your visit.

My experience was so great that I had to come back and try a skin treatment! Ann took care of me again and I have never felt my skin so hydrated and clean. You CANNOT miss this place!!!!
The best treatment I have ever received, and I’ve had many massages and facials. This by far was the best! it was not a 15 step treatment and they don’t blow dry your hair and they don’t style it but they do leave the tools for you to use. I loved it and would come back again!
