It may take about 30 minutes to 1 hour for the message to be sent after ticket purchase. ② Visit the Boryeong Mud Festival during the event period. Check the official website for detailed operating schedules. ③ Enter after confirming your name and contact information at the on-site ticket office.

[Usage Guide]

• Weekday tickets for this product are available from Monday to Thursday, and weekend tickets are available from Friday to Saturday.
• General Zone Youth Standard: Ages 11 (born in 2015) to 18 (born in 2008) + height 140cm or taller
• Family Zone Children Standard: Ages 3 (born in 2023) to 12 (born in 2014)
• Online pre-booking customers can exchange their booking number for a wristband at the dedicated booking counter upon arrival at the venue.
• Visitors not wearing a paid admission wristband (hand ring) are not permitted to enter the paid zone.
• When entering the Water Park Zone, please wash off any mud on your body thoroughly with water before entering.
• The floor may be slippery, so please be careful for your safety.
• Wearing shoes such as sandals, slippers, or sneakers is prohibited inside the festival grounds, so please store them in the shoe locker upon entry. We are not responsible for lost shoes.
• We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings inside the festival grounds.
• Bringing food and beverages into the festival grounds is prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the festival grounds.
• Drunk individuals are prohibited from entering.
• Illegal filming and hidden camera filming are prohibited and may result in action taken in accordance with relevant laws if caught. All filming without prior permission is restricted, and unauthorized filming is not allowed.
• Pets are only allowed in the dog zone (Mud Dog Zone). (Not allowed in the Mud Experience Zone)

[Notes]

• Due to safety inspections on August 5th (Wednesday), the experience zone will not be operating, so please refer to this when booking.
• On July 24th (Friday) and August 6th (Thursday), the General Zone will have extended night operation from 13:00 to 21:30 (Break Time from 17:00 to 18:00), so please refer to this when booking.
• The experience zone operating hours are from 13:00 to 18:00 on weekdays (Mon-Thu) and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends (Fri-Sun). Please note that on weekends (Fri-Sun), from 13:30 to 14:30, it is a maintenance period for the experience facilities, so you cannot enter during this time.
• Ticket issuance and on-site ticket sales close at 17:00, and admission closes at 17:30, so please refer to this when entering.
• On the extended night operation days of July 24th (Friday) and August 6th (Thursday), ticket issuance and on-site ticket sales close at 20:30, and admission is possible until 21:00, so please refer to this for your use.
• Guardians who have purchased a General Zone [Adult] ticket can enter the Family Zone with their child as a guardian. Conversely, adults who have purchased a Family Zone guardian ticket are not permitted to enter the General Zone.
• In the Family Zone, general adults other than children are not permitted to enter unless they are in a guardian capacity.
• Those who have purchased General Zone or Family Zone tickets can enter the Water Park Zone. However, when children enter, an accompanying guardian (parent) is mandatory.
• Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded if lost. The responsibility for any damage caused by loss rests entirely with the individual, so please take care in storing them.
