• Travel time may take as much as twice the normal time on weekends and public holidays. We recommend to travel on weekdays for this tour
• Gangchon Rail Bike can be boarded at one of three locations, Gim Yu-jeong Station, Gapyeong Station, and Gyeonggang Station, depending on the local weather and traffic conditions
• Each railbike can seat 4 people. Group of 4 will be seated together by default without extra charge and group of 1-3 will need to ride with other participants
• If you want to use a private railbike please add on-option "private railbike" after ordering the product
• We would like to inform you that the order of the travel schedule may change depending on the local weather and traffic conditions
• In case of severe weather conditions (e.g. Typhoon), the tour operator will contact you before the trip on the day and a full refund will be given

Cancellation policy

Booking changes policy

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
