Central is a Japanese ramen war zone, and there are many very famous ramen shops in the area. What I ate this time was relatively new Japanese fusion cuisine. The store has a wooden industrial style with outdoor seating, and the whole feeling is very casual and relaxing. The restaurant is located on a stone street. It is more comfortable to walk down Hollywood Road.
