Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

- ※ Due to strict broadcasting station security protocols, late arrivals will absolutely NOT be permitted to enter, and no refunds will be provided.
- How to Receive Your Ticket: Prior to the meeting time, our on-site tour guide will contact you using the contact number or WhatsApp ID you provided during booking. Once you arrive at the 1st-floor lobby of Bitmaru Studio, please contact the guide to meet up. Please present your [Mobile Voucher] to the guide. They will assist you with on-site check-in, ticket pick-up, and studio entry.
