• Vehicle Description (Toyota Hiace, 14-seater) The operator provides spacious and comfortable 14-seater vehicles (Fukuoka officially operated vehicles). As it is an exclusive charter service, you will only travel with family or friends and will not share a ride with other passengers, allowing you to enjoy a more comfortable, free, and private travel experience.
• The order price does not include highway tolls and parking fees, which need to be paid by the passenger on-site. For specific itinerary arrangements, please confirm with customer service after placing the order. The operator will assist in planning the most suitable route according to your needs.
• Vehicle usage time: Departing from Fukuoka to outside the prefecture and returning to Fukuoka: Basic vehicle usage time is 8 hours. Departing from or ending in a different location: Basic vehicle usage time is 7 hours. Overtime fee: JPY 10,000/hour
• Departure time and pick-up/drop-off locations: Departure time can be flexibly adjusted according to your needs. You can be picked up or dropped off at hotels, guesthouses, Fukuoka Airport, Hakata Station, and other locations within Fukuoka city. In addition, depending on your itinerary, we can also provide drop-off services in other regions (such as Kumamoto, Beppu, Yufuin, etc.). • Basic mileage total mileage: within 300 kilometers (Fukuoka 150 kilometers) (including return distance) Excess part: JPY 200/kilometer The empty driving distance generated by the driver returning the vehicle is also included in the total mileage.
• Service hours Basic service hours: 07:00 to 20:00 A night service fee will be charged for exceeding the above hours: JPY 2,000/hour
• The itinerary can be freely adjusted and customized according to your needs. If overtime or excess mileage occurs due to reasons such as adding attractions or changing routes on the day, additional fees will be charged according to the above standards. Delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic jams, bad weather, or road closures are not within the driver's responsibility, and your understanding is appreciated.
• Airport transfer service is limited to Fukuoka city area and within 10 kilometers of Fukuoka Airport. If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside the aforementioned service area, an additional fee will be charged based on the actual distance. Please consult customer service to confirm the specific amount before booking.
• Safe Driving Regulations: According to relevant Japanese laws and regulations, drivers must observe rest periods and safe driving regulations. To ensure driving safety, as a general rule, a rest period of no less than 15 minutes will be arranged for every approximately 2 hours of continuous driving. Whether it's Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Aso, Yufuin, Beppu, Takachiho, Nagasaki, Saga, Kitakyushu, or Yamaguchi regions, you can freely combine them according to your preferences to create your exclusive private journey.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle (including e-cigarettes). If the interior of the vehicle is severely soiled, vomit is present, or vehicle equipment is damaged due to passenger reasons, a cleaning fee and repair fee will be charged based on the actual situation. To ensure the safety of all passengers, please do not ask the driver to speed, drive while fatigued, park illegally, or engage in any behavior that violates Japanese traffic laws.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Booking changes policy
