Mercure Danang French Village, Unlimited Ba Na Hills Access & Meals

Our stay at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Staying up in Ba Na Hills felt like being transported to a completely different place. The beautiful French-inspired village, cool mountain weather, breathtaking views, and the clouds surrounding the area made the experience absolutely magical. If you’re visiting Da Nang, I highly recommend spending a night at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills instead of just doing a day trip. It allows you to experience Ba Na Hills at a much more relaxed pace and truly appreciate its beauty.

100% worth it! Completely different vibes during the day and night. Also a great way to unwind, enjoy and beat the crowd.

Everything was so unique! We enjoyed the ngiht vibe and the early morning access to Golden Bridge. Our room was also so clean and had an amazing view.

Expect crowd. Many people checking in the hotel as well. The hotel is quite ancient and really feels like being in a village, clean and have your basic needs. If you need some assistance, you may need to wait a bit due to staff tending to many guests. Can hear some noise at night due to staff wrapping up and cleaning, but it will only be a moment. We still had a good sleep. Majority of the staff can't speak english well, so prepare your app for translation. Learn to find your way, just relax and enjoy amidst the crowd. Was it worth it? For us, yes. We especially enjoyed the mountain view, cool air, and do stop by for the best croissant there at Eric Kayser, yummy!

Everything is nice except for the long check in process I suggest to add more staff in the reception because during the peak hrs of the check in they only had 1 staff in the reception area.

The overall package was worth it as it included the stay at Mercure, the cable car ride and most of the attractions inside. The perks that come with this are enjoying Ba Na hills at night and getting to visit the golden bridge early before the crowd arrives. The 5 stars are for these experiences. The rooms however were not upto the mark. The check-in service was very bad, delayed and had no proper communication. It turns out they have 6 hotel buildings with the rooms. The reception staff dont inform this clearly and it is a hassle to locate your building. Furthermore, not every building has a checkin reception. There was just one check-in staff for 2 or 3 buildings, so the queue was long. No proper hot water in the rooms and nothing much special about them. The morning buffet was okay with a large spread. The checkout process was also similar with difficulty in finding a hotel staff.
