Relaxing stay while waiting for our departure, the staff is really accomodating, we leave our luggage then go out to eat. For me our luggage was safe because the staff is just there looking for it until we checked out. Thank you so much ❤️

dozed off for a few hours after a grueling flight and commute at 9am. quite surprised at how hot it is in danang compared to ph. the space is quiet and comfortable. and I had it all for myself. winnie is very attentive and nice too.

We came accross Klook when we were walking on the beach and came to know that they were offering luggage storage as a service. So me and my sibling went to order and the staff, Winnie and Tom, was very supportive and helpful towards us and helped us get our luggage stored. Overall, the service was great, the staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable during the our short stay.

The lounge is beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very enthusiastic and helped me book the service.

Convenient beachfront location for storing luggage and having access to AC and restrooms while exploring the beach area. The service team was very communicative and offered helpful travel tips and recommendations. Luggage is kept in a secured room. Only thing I would suggest to make the experience even better would be water and snacks for the guests (byo if you’re planning to stay for awhile). Seating situation = bean bag chairs.

On the last day, since our hotel was far from the airport, we decided to use this service. The staff were very kind; they told us about nearby massage parlors and even sent us coupons. The price was also affordable, and we felt completely at ease leaving our luggage with them.

I arrived a little after 2 PM. There were no preparations made for food or drinks, and it seemed they weren't even aware I was coming. The small room, referred to as the lounge on the second floor, had a few cushions on the floor, but it looked quite different from what the pictures suggested. I was the only customer there. After they checked my reservation, I was told by a staff member that it would take 15-20 minutes to go to the restaurant on the first floor, and it became clear at that point that nothing had been prepared. Although I was asked what I wanted to drink, there was no menu available. Realizing there was no point in staying, I canceled everything and left. I will not be returning.
