• Cancellation decision: This will be made by the "Tsuchiura Fireworks Executive Committee" in the early morning of the event day. Therefore, cancellation notices may be given by staff on the morning of the day or at the meeting point. If cancellation is decided on the day, transportation fees or other related expenses for travelers going to the meeting point will not be refunded; if cancellation is decided after the bus has departed, no refund will be given.
• Adults and children are the same price for this itinerary. When booking, please select the number of "Adults" according to the total number of people.
• On the day of the event, not only the area around the venue but also various modes of transportation are expected to experience severe congestion. Your understanding and prior awareness are greatly appreciated.
• Please bring your own raincoat. As holding an umbrella will obstruct the view of the fireworks and cause inconvenience to other spectators, please do not use an umbrella while watching.
• Please understand that if the itinerary content (such as the arrival time for the fireworks festival, etc.) must be changed due to crowds or traffic congestion.
• There will be a dimly lit section on the way from the bus parking lot to the venue, so please be sure to bring a flashlight. It takes approximately 30 to 50 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the viewing seats.
