• This tour only includes a Chinese-speaking guide; English or other language services are not provided.
• This tour does not provide separate notification of the meeting time and location. Please arrive promptly at 09:00 on the day of the tour at [Naha Prefectural Office (opposite BLUE SEAL Kumoji store)]. Please look for a guide holding an Easygo flag or wearing an Easygo vest to check in, and present your reservation name or reservation number. Those who fail to arrive on time will be considered to have forfeited their participation, and no refunds will be issued.
• In case of any emergency on the day (e.g., passenger late, not boarding the vehicle within the designated meeting time, etc.), customer service staff will call the phone number provided by the passenger. Please ensure your phone is accessible. If the itinerary is affected due to an inability to contact you by phone, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.
• Infants aged 0-3 years old are free and do not occupy a seat. Each adult may bring a maximum of one free infant; a child fare will be charged for the second infant.
• If you wish for children aged 0-3 to have a seat, a child fee will be charged. Please reserve a child ticket.
• On the day of the event, please strictly adhere to the meeting times at each attraction as instructed by the tour guide. No waiting for latecomers.
• Please understand that the visiting and arrival times for each attraction may vary depending on the weather and traffic conditions on the day.
• If you plan to take a flight or have other arrangements on the day of the event, please manage your time accordingly. Our company will not be held responsible for any delays in dismissal time due to traffic jams or other reasons.
• The vehicles used are generally large buses with 45-49 standard seats, and the size of the bus will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group. For groups of 9 people or less, a 10-seater vehicle will be arranged, with a Chinese-speaking driver also serving as the tour leader. Please understand that detailed explanations cannot be provided.
• For groups wishing to be arranged on the same bus, please book under the same order.
• Please do not eat or drink in the car.

[Outdoor Water Park Precautions]

• The outdoor water park is limited to children aged 3 and above, and must be accompanied by an adult.
• If the water park ceases operation due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, the itinerary will be changed to DMM Kariyushi Aquarium, and admission tickets will be included. No further notice will be given, and we appreciate your understanding.
• Persons with tattoos or body art of any size (including temporary tattoo stickers) are prohibited from swimming. If you wish to enter the water, please cover them with rash guards or covering patches.
• Drinking alcohol is prohibited in recreational swimming pool facilities, and swimming is also prohibited after consuming alcohol.
• No diving or underwater swimming
• If it is determined that there is danger due to approaching thunderstorms or similar situations, travelers will be asked to temporarily evacuate.
• Entering the water after a meal may lead to vomiting. Please wait at least 2 hours after eating before entering the pool.
• Free showers and changing rooms are provided.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
