- Adult ticket: For people aged 12 and above
- Child ticket: Minors aged 5 (exclusive) to 12 (inclusive)
- Children under 5 years old (inclusive) or under 1.2 meters tall (inclusive) are exempt from admission fees with valid identification.
- It is recommended to book 5-10 days in advance during peak season, and 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.
- Effective immediately upon successful order confirmation.
- May 22nd each year is International Biodiversity Day, and the scenic area is open for free, but advance reservations are required.
- Pets, scooters, balance bikes, etc., are prohibited inside the park (with the exception of wheelchairs for the elderly, sick, or disabled, and strollers for infants).

It is also China's South China Tiger Suzhou Breeding Base.
