Mae Wang Zipline, ATV & Rafting Adventure in Chiangmai

A fantastic experience! The three zipline guides were humorous and responsible, helping us take photos throughout and ensuring we had a great time! The three elephants were all adorable little girls with distinct personalities; feeding and bathing them was a joy. The bamboo rafting was also very fun, allowing us to enjoy the scenery in the beautiful jungle. We even got to experience it in the rain, which was a unique touch. The entire trip was relaxing and pleasant, with not too many people, making it very laid-back!

The staff were very friendly, and they even offered hotel pickup and drop-off. The zipline staff were also incredibly enthusiastic and fun! Plus, a delicious and generous lunch was included!

The itinerary stated hotel pickup, but after payment, I received a request from customer service to change the pickup location to a designated spot, which felt like a scam. The experience itself lasted about 1-1.5 hours. The afternoon session ended around 4:00 PM, but we were then asked to wait for customers from another nearby rock climbing tour to share a ride back to the city. This wasted a lot of valuable vacation time, as we waited for over an hour. This was not communicated in advance; we were only informed at that moment, which was very surprising.

I was very satisfied with the staff's safety training and service attitude. However, I definitely wasn't able to experience all 11 platforms as advertised. The travel distance by car was quite significant, and the zipline experience felt too short; it ended just as I was getting used to it. I think there should be more routes or experiences offered.

It was super fun, and the staff were very enthusiastic. Communicating in English was no problem. After the activity, we even asked the driver if they could recommend a really good local massage place, and the driver enthusiastically drove us there directly.

The zipline was a lot of fun! I thought it would be scary, but it really wasn't bad at all. It felt very safe, though it was quite high up. If you're afraid of heights, you definitely shouldn't go.

The zipline instructor was very cheerful and skilled. They could even slide without tools, just using their hands, and could even slide uphill. For the last part of the tour, they even took us all the way to Bangkok.

Our guide was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation. We were also grateful that they waited patiently for us in the morning when we didn't recognize each other right away. We didn't have any cash because we hadn't exchanged currency yet, but they lent us some so we could even get coffee. We had a wonderful and fun time.

Good sevice, reasonable price. staffs can speak basic English. However dinner supplied is quite simple. Overall recommed for who can not afford much higher priced option.
