Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Partial refund rules: A medical certificate must be presented.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded

- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
