Sapa: Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai & Ta Van Village Half-Day Trekking Tour

I really loved trekking through all the 3 villages. It was a great day and the tour guide was very informative. It takes roughly 4 hours all together. This tour is intermediate level, especially at the beginning, then it becomes easier. If you have sore knees or are not used to walk 10k, it can be challenging because the road is going all the way down. On the way back you will use the taxi to the centre. Beautiful views of the valley and rivers.

it was a very beautiful one of a kind experience! liked the sceneries, knowing the culture of vietnamese locals and cant forget the hospitality of pan, especially when i told her that i havemt eaten pumpkin flower for a long time. we were given options which way to go and we chose the harder one, and indeed made me sore tje following day.

It's an intermediate trek wherein we walk around 12-13 Km. We were not prepared for such a long trek. Transfer to the fields could've been planned better. Walk through the fields were a good experience. Definitely recommend carrying sunscreen, goggles and an umbrella. Our guide 'May' was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Even helped find a transport when I couldn't walk further. We would have liked more information regarding the locals and their ways though. difficulty of the hike: Intermediate

What a great experience to have in Sa Pa. We had Khu as our guide, and she was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the villages we passed through. The villages and scenery are truly a sight to behold, especially witnessing how some of the minority ethnic groups live. We had three Black H'mong ladies join us very early on, which seemed a little planned and a bit of a "scam" when after a couple of kilometres they were at us to buy products from them for joining in on the hike. Just be wary that portions of the tour are very much about getting you to buy from the local people, which detracts from the authenticity a bit. The positive is, you are never short of somewhere to buy a cold drink. The hike itself is approximately 11km long and fairly easy if you have a generally okay level of fitness. I would definitely recommend doing this when in Sa Pa.

Ellie speaks good English. she suggested a later meet up time due to rainy weather & helped my friend along the slopes. views are beautiful. Must wear hiking shoes as fields were muddy

If you want to know more details about Sapa, you should walk.8km is not too difficult but I don't think it is good for the small baby and physical problems. Nhu is a good guide, She told the story about people. I finished at lunchtime. If you have time should go😁

The view advertised in the pictures may not be what you actually get, so manage your expectations and be mindful of the season. Make sure to wear suitable clothes and comfortable walking shoes. The trek starts with approximately 2.5 km of walking along the road, with no particularly scenic views. You will then enter the village and continue walking towards Ta Van Village. The village itself is beautiful and definitely worth exploring. However, the first and last 2.5 km were less enjoyable, as we had to walk along roads shared with cars, with plenty of dust. Thank goodness we had an excellent local guide who explained the route clearly and helped us understand what to expect. This really helped align our expectations with the actual experience. Having a good guide makes a big difference!

Enjoyed a wonderful trekking experience with stunning views and beautiful scenery along the way! The fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and breathtaking landscapes made it all worthwhile. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

Best experience. I had so much fun with this activity, a perfect time to spend my last day in Sapa. Definitely I want to do this again and have someone with me. Our tour guide Nhu is very friendly and informative
