Diving Product Rules and Regulations:

1. Regulations for Minors (1) Guests under 10 years old are not allowed to participate in diving license courses; (2) Minors participating in courses or tours must be accompanied by a guardian; (3) This shop does not accept individual registrations from guests under 18 years old for any tour.
2. Age Restriction Explanation (1) Guests over 60 years old will be arranged for one-on-one guidance for their first dive (an additional 15,000 JPY is required) (2) Guests over 70 years old are temporarily not accepted for reservations, please understand.
3. Important Notes (1) Please complete the diving health questionnaire in advance. If a doctor’s diagnosis certificate is required, please provide it beforehand; (2) Flying is prohibited within 18 hours after diving. If continuous diving or exceeding decompression limits is involved, a minimum interval of 24 hours is required; (3) Please bring your own personal items such as swimwear and towels; (4) The day before departure, the instructor will create a WhatsAPP/LINE/WeChat contact group, please pay attention to the information; (5) Please strictly adhere to the agreed-upon meeting time. Any costs incurred due to personal lateness must be borne by the individual; (6) If the activity is canceled or exited midway due to personal reasons, no refund will be given; (7) The fees of this shop only include diving insurance. It is recommended to purchase additional travel insurance according to personal needs; (8) Diving projects include equipment rental fees (excluding dive computers, flashlights, large air tanks, etc.).

Before making a reservation, all participants are requested to complete the following preliminary health check based on their past or present physical condition. If any item is uncertain or the answer is “yes”, participation in this tour is not possible. 　※If the customer does not inform us of any health-related issues at the time of booking, resulting in inability to participate in the activity on the day, no refund compensation will be provided. 　☐ Are you pregnant or possibly pregnant (pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any activities or boat trips of our company) 　☐ I have problems with my lungs, respiratory system, heart, and/or blood that affect my normal physiological or mental performance. 　☐ I find it difficult to complete moderate-intensity exercise (e.g., walking 1.6 km in 14 minutes continuously or swimming 200 meters). 　☐ I have been unable to participate in normal physical activities due to physical conditions or health reasons in the past 12 months. 　☐ I have problems with my eyes, ears, or nasal cavity/sinuses. 　☐ I have had surgery in the past 12 months, or previous surgery has left me with persistent sequelae. 　☐ I have experienced loss of consciousness, migraines, epilepsy, stroke, severe head injury, or suffer from persistent neurological damage or disease. 　☐ I am currently receiving treatment for psychological problems, personality disorders, panic attacks, or drug and alcohol addiction (or have received treatment for the above problems in the past 5 years). 　☐ I have been diagnosed with a learning disability or developmental disability. 　☐ I have back health problems, hernia, ulcers, or diabetes. 　☐ I have gastrointestinal problems, including recent diarrhea. 　☐ I am taking prescription medication (excluding contraceptives or anti-malarial drugs other than quinine).

【Important Notes】 ・Due to changes in weather and sea conditions, the itinerary and dive sites may change. The day before, we will contact guests via SNS. ・Please do not drink alcohol on the day of the activity. Those who drink alcohol or are hungover on the day will not be able to participate in this tour, and the full fee will be charged. ・Those who are late or do not show up on the day will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the full fee will be charged. ・Women can still participate in water activities during their menstrual period. If the trip is canceled due to menstrual period, relevant fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy. ・In case of bad weather or sea conditions, it may be changed to 2 dive sites, please understand. ・If the activity is changed or canceled by the supplier due to force majeure factors such as bad weather or sea conditions, a refund or date change can be processed for the customer. ・If the traveler fails to gather at the designated time and place, it will be considered that the traveler automatically gives up participation in the activity and no refund compensation will be provided. ・If the traveler does not inform us of any health-related issues at the time of booking, resulting in inability to participate in the activity on the day, no refund compensation will be provided. ・If the diving activity is interrupted due to the customer’s own reasons during the diving activity, it will be considered that the traveler automatically gives up participation in the activity and no refund compensation will be provided. ・In case of any disputes or factors that may endanger life safety, the supplier reserves the right to make the final decision on diving activity permission, including the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate the content of the diving activity at any time.
