• Luggage Capacity: A standard 4-seater vehicle can accommodate up to one 28-inch suitcase OR two 24-inch suitcases. Please check your luggage size in advance.
• Intercity Travel: Travel to other cities is available upon request. However, this requires prior consultation and will incur additional charges.
• Weather Policy: Tours will proceed as scheduled despite rain or snow. Operations will only be suspended in the event of extreme weather warnings, such as typhoons or tsunamis.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Punctuality: Please be ready at the pickup location on time. Any delays caused by the guest will be counted toward the total rental duration.
• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum capacity is 4 passengers per vehicle. If your group exceeds 4 people, you must book two or more vehicles. (e.g., 6 or 8 people = 2 vehicles required)
• Extra Surcharges: Any additional fees, such as overtime charges, must be paid directly to the driver in cash on-site.
• Language Barrier: Please note that our drivers may have limited proficiency in English and Chinese. We recommend using a translation app for smoother communication.
• Parking Fees: Parking fees are not included in the tour price. Please pay the parking fees on-site as they occur.
