- If you need two or more WiFi devices, please make separate orders for each one
- Specify the exactly the same identity information (name, code, tour name, etc.) you used to book your room at the hotel. Most hotels will simply reject to receive advanced delivery when your booking name/code is not on their booking list
- Your ordered item should arrive to your designated destination prior to your rental start date. Normally your package may arrive one day prior to your arrival. But package delay will also happen for last minute ordering cases and unexpected conditions result traffic/delivery delay

- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 3 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: After the device is connected, data usage and country name will be shown on the screen
- Step 3: Press the power button once to display the SSID and password
- Device should be switched off when not in use
- Press the 'Power' button until the screen is off

- The return-envelope is inside your WiFi delivery package
- Pack all items into your return envelope and make it FLAT so that it can goes into a postbox sloat smoothly
- Drop off can be done from a different place than pick up. Any postbox/post office in Japan is okay to mail your return package
- IF YOU ARE MAILING FROM THE AIRPORT, make very sure to drop the return envelope before passing the security check gate. After the security gate, no more postal service or postbox are available at all for security reason
- Return envelope is not covered by safety insurance. For any lost or damage of the envelope, purchasing a new envelope by yourself is possible at any post offices or Lawson convenience stores
- Please specify to purchase a “Letter-Pack Light” envelope
- Please make sure to write down your order code on the envelope front cover

Glad to have booked for this pocket wifi option for my Japan trip. From booking the item, down to its actual use and up to the return process was just easy and so convenient. It was always good connection in any areas at Tokyo that I’ve been too. The device can last for a day-use, but power bank is provided as well as back-up. Perfect for the on the go maps, recommended spots as well as real time social media posting! Very well recommended indeed!

I rented two pocket Wi-Fi devices, one for me and my sister, and another for my cousin and her husband. Overall, the connection was strong and reliable throughout our trip. The battery only lasted about half a day, but the portable charger they included made it super easy to keep everything running. The delivery to our hotel was super convenient, and dropping everything off at the airport postal box at the end of the trip couldn’t have been easier. My cousin’s unit had an issue on the first day where it wouldn’t charge properly. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately with troubleshooting steps. When that didn’t work, they sent a replacement the very next day, which we really appreciated. There were a few spots where the signal dipped, but nothing major. Overall, the service was great, and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling in Japan. I’ll definitely be using them again on my next visit.

We had a problem securing a pocket wifi before our trip to Japan, but luckily Klook offered the day before pocket WiFi option. It was so convenient - we received the device right away when we checked in at our hotel. I initially thought returning it would be a hassle, but it was actually super easy! There are postal boxes in Narita Terminal 2 where you can just drop it off. The wifi speed was fast and reliable throughout our stay. Overall, we’re really happy with the service and highly recommend it!

received it on time and in good condition. when I arrived in the hotel, the parcel was already there. Signal was strong even when we were in Miyajima island. battery life was pretty good, but the included power bank was still useful
this was hassle-free. it gets delivered to your hotel and very easy to use. ours actually had a slight defect, but i am very thankful they sent a new one right away! 👏🏻 very easy to return it as well, just find a post box. we dropped it off by a post box near the convenience store, but there's also one in the airport before the security gate. thank you very much! ✨🇯🇵❤️
I booked one day before of our arrival and they send it direct to our hotel. I got the pocket WiFi the next morning they shipped very fast and hassle free for us. you can can return it via post everywhere in Japan.
This is a pocket Wi-Fi. It is a device that allows you to carry around a small device (half the size of a phone) and use data. Family members can also use the data, and the battery is quite sufficient, but they also give you a spare battery just in case. It is a hassle to charge it every day and always carry it with you, but it has the advantage of being able to be used by multiple people, and the speed is not inconvenient. If you make a reservation, it will be delivered to the hotel the next evening. Returning it is also easy because you just put your items in the return envelope and put it in a nearby mailbox. Of course, I think E-SIM is more convenient, but I recommend it for phones that do not support E-SIM or if you could not buy a SIM card at the airport (that's what we did).
