What to expect
Discover authentic Japanese gyoza in this fun, hands-on small-group cooking experience in Osaka. Unlike many cooking classes, you’ll make your gyoza completely from scratch, starting with the dough. With guidance from our friendly English-speaking staff, knead and roll the dough, make your own wrappers, and learn traditional filling and folding techniques.
With a maximum of 8 guests, the class offers a relaxed and personal atmosphere, perfect for beginners. After cooking, enjoy your freshly made crispy gyoza with delicious yakisoba.
You’ll also learn about Japanese food culture and receive an English gyoza recipe to take home. Vegetarian and vegan options are available with advance notice. Join us for a memorable taste of Japan beyond sightseeing!
