The dishes rotate during the designated lunch and dinner buffet periods on specific dates. “Fortune Welcomes Spring” Buffet Lunch celebrates the upcoming Year of the Horse, opening a new chapter of the year. Chefs combine traditional techniques with artistry, infusing each dish with blessings and family warmth. Meanwhile, the “Ramadan Blessings Feast” Buffet Dinner returns with a strong presence, promoting halal cuisine to local diners while catering to halal guests’ refined dining needs.

Golden Era Feast Lunch Buffet/Dinner Buffet (From 2 January to 31 January)
Welcome to Café Kool, where you can indulge in a lavish buffet with family and friends, savouring a delightful array of international specialties. We offer a selection of fresh seasonal cold seafood, paired with flavourful grilled meats, aromatic Asian hot dishes, and exquisite desserts. These dishes will be served in rotation during lunch and dinner buffet times. Golden Era Feast is back with a strong return! Guests can enjoy classic, freshly hand-sliced beef hotpot, crispy grass carp, and grouper, enjoying a variety of comforting hotpot dishes perfect for winter. Over 200 exquisite dishes will be served at dinner buffet.

- Poached fish fillet with Sichuan pepper and pickle cabbage
- Superior broth with fish maw and seafood dumplings

Senior Discount: Seniors aged 60 and above can enjoy a 35% discount (must be two guests or above, and a service charge will apply at the original price). Guests are required to present a senior card or identification to avail of the discount.
Serving time: Lunch Buffet : 12 pm to 2:30 pm (25 December: 1st round 12 pm to 2:30 pm; 2nd round 3 pm to 5 pm) Dinner Buffet : 6 pm to 9:30 pm (24-25 & 31 December: 1st round 5:30 pm to 8 pm; 2nd round 8:30 pm to 11 pm)
