We had a comfortable trip from Hue to Tam Coc. In particular, the female staff member working during the day at the Hue office welcomed us so kindly, and the male staff member working at night also greeted us with a warm smile, which really helped reduce our travel fatigue. I would love to use this service again and highly recommend it.
The cabin was small, only suitable for one person. There was no shuttle service, even though it was supposed to be included, and no one responded to my messages, which were clearly read.
