I'm wondering if the service content was different because I booked through Klook, or if these services are only included when booking a 90-minute session, or if there's an additional charge for women with long hair. The information on Google Maps also advertises the same service content. If the service varies depending on the booking site or the person, I believe this should be clearly communicated and improved. I've lived in Bangkok for a while and have visited many head spas and massage places. I went with high expectations due to the good reviews on Google Maps, but I had an unpleasant experience.
