My experience traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Penang by bus was very long. It's a six-hour bus drive. I highly recommend taking the bus to Butterworth if you're planning to go to Penang. However, you should bring a lot of patience. The bus departs exactly on the schedule you pre-booked. I would definitely go again, but I do need to bring a lot of patience. The bus driver is kind, and they are very generous with the toilet stops. The service is great, and the staff is nice. Just be careful with the timing and your availability according to the schedule you want to use to go to Penang. Overall, booking through Klook is very convenient.
The journey from Penang Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur Sentral is a six to seven-hour bus drive. You need to bring a lot of patience when traveling from Penang Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The staff and bus driver are very kind. We always stop for a toilet break, especially after a long journey through traffic and on the highway. I recommend it if you have a lot of patience. Booking through Klook makes it very convenient. You don't have to pay a lot or talk to many people. If it's your first time visiting Kuala Lumpur Sentral, I highly recommend it, but be sure to bring a lot of patience. My journey was also pretty safe. I would reconsider it through my review. Therefore, I highly recommend it; I give it a 10 out of 10.
The counter inside the bus terminal was not crowded. It cost RM2 to issue the ticket. They accept credit cards and TNG. The bus seats were soft and comfortable.

I wasn’t able to find them, and no one contacted me at all. I had no idea what the bus looked like, where the meeting point was, or any other details. I ended up wasting my money for nothing.
I bought a ticket from Penang Sentral in Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur Sentral, but the destination was changed to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). I had to take a taxi for 35 RM back to my hotel, which was very upsetting.
