good Gym and the Location is perfect. All machines , that I needed were available. a Little Bit small , but I visited gym in the Morning and there were not that many ppl. the Staff is friendly and ready to help. just maybe a little bit expensive but I compare this gym with my gym in Germany so most probably it is only my subjective opinion )
This is a really good gym in a great location. The equipment is great and all the amenities are clean. I got a few day passes for the gym while on my travels. Well worth the money. Also the staff are friendly and helpful.
The trainer was friendly yet highly professional. The explanations were clear, and I was able to enjoy the workout while understanding exactly which muscles I was targeting. The InBody assessment also helped me objectively understand my body, which was very insightful. I would definitely book again the next time I visit Seoul!
The staff are friendly, and the facilities are well-equipped. Safety: Very good, the machines are well-maintained and don't look old.
