“Enchanted Wonders” Afternoon Tea Set
From 17 November, guests can indulge in the “Enchanted Wonders” afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge, featuring a series of exquisite and Instagramable delights. Highlights include the rougie foie gras pâté tart with cherry compote, which combines sweet cherry compote with rich foie gras for an ultimate luxurious experience. The mushroom garden is also a must-try, featuring wild mushroom marie cake, porcini powder, leek and cheese tart with truffle crispy, offering a rich blend of textures that will leave you wanting more.
In addition to a variety of savoury items, our pastry chef and his team have crafted a selection of exquisite desserts, including a subtly Glühwein poached pear panna cotta and baileys cherry praline chocolate sphere, filled with the essence of winter. The seasonal calamansi hazelnut mini log cake perfectly balances the flavours of citrus and hazelnut. Don't miss the classic Tira-choux and cinnamon spiced carrot and apple cream cheese cupcake, each bite delivering delightful sweetness.
