First, the main point: I purchased the "Chinese-speaking driver" option, but the assigned driver did not speak Chinese, and even needed translation software for English. If that's the case, I wouldn't have needed to book this option at all. However, the driver who picked us up was fine; he was very nice. On that day, due to weather, the cable car temporarily stopped, causing a delay in our descent. Throughout the process, we constantly communicated with the driver via messages (in English) to inform him of the situation and confirm the pickup time, and he was very patient. Coincidentally, just as we were about to descend, the driver said his car had a problem (a series of unfortunate events), but he had already arranged for another driver to pick us up. He was very apologetic. Driver A continued to assist with communication to ensure we successfully got into Driver B's car before ending his task, and we eventually returned safely to the city. In summary, Ba Na Hills was fun, the driver was okay, but the issue was with the driver assignment process.
