Seoul Cooking Class : 8 Dishes, The Secrets behind Korean Flavor

During my time in Korea, I wanted to learn how to cook some of the Korean dishes I grew up enjoying. Grace and Steve created an experience that exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly thoughtful in the way they hosted and educated me, sharing not only cooking techniques but also the culture, history, and stories behind each dish. With their guidance, I was able to prepare eight traditional dishes that were familiar from my childhood. The hands-on instruction made the process approachable, and I left feeling full, well-informed, and much more confident in my ability to cook Korean cuisine at home. The entire experience was memorable from start to finish. All equipment and ingredients were provided, the location was easy to find, and the class was organized exceptionally well. If visiting Seoul and looking for a meaningful experience, I would highly recommend this. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I’m very grateful I had the opportunity to participate.

Instructor Grace and the manager Stephen were both incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and professional! We learned so much about Korean food and culture throughout the class, making it both a fun and enriching experience. The recipes were absolutely delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by how many dishes we got to learn and prepare! 🥢😋 It was definitely worth the time and money, and we truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. The class was so fun and very informative! the dishes came out delicious as Grace teaches you the recipe and how to cater to your own taste. I can’t wait to make the dishes at home.
