I recently had the pleasure of trying the Kerastase Hair & Scalp Care treatment, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the salon, the experience was luxurious and tailored to my needs. The treatment began with a thorough consultation, where Anna assessed my hair and scalp condition. This personalized approach made me feel valued as a client. The application process was soothing, and the product was massaged into my scalp, promoting relaxation and enhancing blood circulation. I laid in one of the chairs and whilst the product was being applied, I received a massage. After the treatment, there was an immediate difference in my hair's texture and appearance. My hair felt softer and more manageable. My overall experience was truly memorable and I'd like to recognise and thank Anna for her amazing work!! Well done and thank you so much. I highly recommend this treatment and salon. It's worth every penny for this luxurious treatment.

the place is amazing , i had to go back and brought my daughter with me to experienced the best treatment. Nhu and Hue are the best they know how to treat you well from facial , hair and massage. I wpuld definitely go back again if i visit Saigon. Worth every cents and best atmosphere 🫶❣️💯

I booked perm appointments for two children. The salon didn't feel crowded or chaotic at all; instead, it offered a high-end ambiance where we could focus entirely on the care. The children's hair turned out beautifully in a comfortable atmosphere. Thao styled the boy's hair, and Nghia, the designer, created a sophisticated look for the girl with delicate and meticulous care. Additionally, Anna took the time to teach my daughter how to style her hair at home. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

stylist: thao, assisted by Nhu. great team. they offered meal and coffee which was very nice of them. if there is a language barrier, please use the translator. they communicated to me using translator and I got the curl i wanted.

This is the best hair spa in Ho Chi Minh City. Before making a Klook reservation, I contacted the salon for a consultation. (I added the salon's Zalo number.) Manager Nhan was very kind and helpful in her response. When I visited, the salon had a clean and tidy interior with gold and white tones, and the spa room was quiet throughout the treatment, with the soothing sound of flowing water. The aroma inside was also pleasant. The hair spa took 75 minutes and was truly a healing experience. First, they gently massaged my face and applied acupressure, then moved up to my scalp, applying firm pressure that left me feeling refreshed. They cleansed my face and applied a mask mixed with honey and beans. They meticulously massaged my neck, back, and arms, continuously pouring warm water over me. During the treatment, they placed a steamer over my head, and the lemongrass scent and steam moisturized even my cleansed face. You can think of it as a hair spa with a mini-massage. My massage therapists were Phuong and Nhu. My husband and I each received a treatment, so two people provided the care. It was a truly delightful experience!

Amazing service. I came in for a haircut, but the hair wash and massage almost made me forget what I was there for. My skin looked clean and glowing afterwards. The hairstylist worked magic on me, as I did not know exactly what I wanted. He looked at my hair and told me he would cut it to suit my face shape, and he definitely did! Thank you~~

I had a haircut with coloring here. The staff were very careful and attentive, and they work really well with European hair – they did everything exactly as I asked. Overall, a very nice salon. If I am in this city again, I will definitely come back.
