The vouchers are easy to use. Just go to the ticket counter, show my passort and redeem the tickets for entrance to the scenic area.

Very bad and very angry with Klook. They don't inform you anywhere that the ticket doesn't include a reservation for the cave to see the waterfall from behind, and when you arrive, you find out that you have to make a reservation via WeChat through a mini-program, and it's no longer possible because spots are limited. They ruin the experience by not properly informing foreign tourists.
